Lake Placid is a meeting place like no other. The village is sheltered by the Adirondack Mountains and when you’re holding your meeting in Lake Placid, the community becomes yours and you become Lake Placid.

Meeting space is flexible and abundant. In addition to the Conference Center at Lake Placid, meeting facilities include a variety of Adirondack-style, full service resorts.

The Conference Center at Lake Placid offers 90,000 square feet of meeting and exhibition space which can be broken down into a variety of break-out and reception areas. Of this space, 30,000 square feet comprises the newly constructed state-of-the-art conference facility.

The 1980 Rink Herb Brooks Arena and the 1932 Rink Jack Shea Arena are located adjacent to the Conference Center, and each offer 20,000 square feet of space for a variety of large-scale trade shows, food and beverage functions and events. The Olympic facilities provide a unique backdrop for anything from general sessions to corporate team building exercises.

The community offers a number of full-service resorts to welcome and accommodate the needs of groups of all sizes. Many of which offer unique facilities appropriate for additional break out sessions. Properties range from full service resorts with 250 rooms to smaller economical facilities giving your attendees a wide range from which to choose.
